1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern all use of the phream website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and any other services offered by phream (collectively, the "Services"). By creating a phream account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1.2 phream reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phream platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with phream's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phream platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. phream strictly prohibits access by minors.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. The phream platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of phream complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the phream Services.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to use phream. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account. Each individual may register only one (1) phream account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. phream reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phream may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawals.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phream login credentials. You agree to notify phream immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. phream will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

3.5 Non-Transferability. phream accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phream accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phream is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the phream deposit page.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the phream platform. phream reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may not fund your phream account using credit cards or any cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not accepted on phream in compliance with Philippine regulations.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phream complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. phream reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where money laundering or fraud is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 phream may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.

5.3 phream reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phream platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phream games or services;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to phream immediately;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phream's software or systems;
• Using the phream platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phream staff or other players;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

6.2 phream reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the phream platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of phream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phream platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phream content.

7.3 The phream name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phream. Unauthorized use of phream's trademarks is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phream platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

8.2 phream does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phream will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, phream reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. phream's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phream's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 phream collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phream.net/privacy-policy. By using the phream platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 phream implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and phream cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.3 phream will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 phream is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the phream platform may do so by activating the self-exclusion feature in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, phream will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.

10.3 phream strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 phream reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

11.2 Upon termination of an account, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with phream's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

11.3 Players who wish to close their phream account voluntarily may do so by contacting phream support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phream platform shall first be submitted to phream's customer support team for resolution. phream will endeavor to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phream's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such regulatory process.

12.4 To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim against phream must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action proceeding.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 phream reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phream will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the phream platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the phream platform and may request account closure.
